To PalousePreps users... our site has been merged with the Palouse 9.12 Project. This was done to consolidate efforts, and because of my unexpected involvement with this group, I was basically unable to do both sites.

Due to security / spam issues, all previous PalousePreps user accounts have been disabled.

We wanted to keep everything up and running for you, however - and I hope if you used the site previously, you will consider re-registering and continuing to do so!

If you choose not to continue using the resources of the PalousePreps forum, we understand and wish you the best!

For the time being, we are discontinuing the firearms discussions. This was a qualifying condition for the merging of PalousePreps into the 9.12 site. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. If you start a thread that is firearms related. it will be deleted, and multiple violations of this policy will result in account suspension. If/when this changes, we will let you know.

How do you expect to have a serious discussion about survival/preparedness with out talking about firearms? Censorship...not impressed

It was in consideration of attenuating the perception of "right-wing" wacko sentiments on this board.

Not really censorship, the conversations are just carried out other places.

The decision was not unanimous. However, the general sentiment was that those types of discussions are available in many other forums and discussion groups, while local procurement and networking were not.

PalousePreps was a site I began before the advent of the 9-12 movement. I could not do both. So... I decided to merge the interests because there was a great deal of overlap.

The Palouse 912 Project is a pro-constitutional group, and that includes 2A. We are very supportive of shooting and the related shooting sports. One of our members is an Appleseed coordinator ,and we assist with the promotion of those events. We're just not wanting to FOCUS on that particular issue because it will potentially detract from our overall mission.
